Lapsang Souchong
Legend has it that during the Qing Dynasty, an army stopped at a tea plantation holding up the harvest of fresh leaves. In order to save the tea in good time, they decided to dry the leaves with pine fires. It worked creating a unique flavour to the tea. It was so popular that the plantation had to continue with the process.
