Rooibos Tea
Rooibos is a herbal tea made from Aspalathus linearis, which means 'red bush'. It is renowned for health benefits and is often referred to as the 'Miracle Tea'. Brew as you would Black tea (90-95C). One teaspoon per cup is adequate. We suggest warming up your cup with boiling water and then dumping it out before brewing your first cup of tea.
